Look around you, there are many reasons why you should be Sad….or Happy,

So depressed or Cheerful, which do you fancy?

There are so many energy zappers trying to steal your joy,

But you’ve got the power, for their plans you should foil.

Who is in charge of your life?

Who dictates your happiness, joy or strife?

Life is a journey, and you’ve got the power to dictate if it will be cheerful or a tragedy.

On international day of Happiness, I wish you joy and gladness.
