Poem: Enemies, Frienemies, Nemesis by UmehWrites
Enemies, enemies, enemies,
Some fight you from opposing side of the battlefield.
Spears drawn, guns blazing,
you can see the anger and bitterness oozing.
Frienemies.
It’s better I see the battle line drawn and identify the enemy.
Than for them to pose as allies, whereas they’re spies,
Parasites that eat you like termites.
Nemesis?
But still the good die young.
Still the wicked posses the possession of the righteous.
Ceteris paribus, all things are never equal.
They say Karma is the righteous judge.
But it appears it’s hands is too short to lift the rod of justice.
As though there’s selective Karma that enables the wicked enjoy peace.
But yea thou my Enemies, Frienemies, enjoy peace and avoid Nemesis,
Karma is the main actor in this movie of life filled with tranquility and crisis.
And in the end, no matter how many seasons it takes… Karma always wins.
