A curse had been placed on a Barbarian, and even though he lived his life in pains and penury, this spell keeps taking its pound of flesh in every generation that followed his lineage.
Bad blood. Since the source has been contaminated, any offspring from this lineage inherits the curse and is doomed for life.
Upon conception, Instead of a Guardian Angel, a demon is assigned to monitor and torment his offspring for life.
Bad blood, the sins of the father had caught up with an infant, and from Childhood to Adulthood, whatever he laid his hands on ends in a disaster.
Where others fly he crawled. Where everyone was achieving new heights with the speed of light, his world appeared to be on slow motion.

The Spiritual controls the physical. So instead of dwelling on Lamentations, he ought to use the powers that belongs to a god with a small g. Because if this spell is not broken, the nemesis of the sins of the father will keep flowing to the next generation, until thy kingdom come.
